Delmac built over 60 cabinets and bookcases during the AWFS Show and donated them to the Las Vegas Habitat for Humanity Restore. The Habitat ReStore will sell the cabinets and bookcases and use the proceeds to build affordable housing for the community. Delmac’s General Manager, John Park said, “Our focus is to build furniture at the show to demonstrate the capabilities of our machinery and has the added benefit of providing a product that will be of use to the community when finished. We have a long standing relationship with the Greensboro Habitat Restore, as well as the Restores in the cities where we have tradeshows.”
We thank our industry partners including Funder America for the Melamine panels, Canplast, Haefele, Chicago Dowel, Franklin Adhesives, Salice and Freeman. Delmac designed cabinets and children’s bookcases that could be built while demonstrating our Busellato CNC Router with the new loading/unloading device, IDM Edgebander, OMAL Bore, Glue and Dowel Machine and Bonacin Case Clamp.
